2. Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at precision-sphere@outlook.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.
Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved:

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
If your return is rejected due to ineligibility, our team will inform you by email.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Therefore, we allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellations requested after 12 hours of purchase may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue promptly.
